Hi! I’m Lauren, creator of Planned Plate and maker of meal plans. I’ve been meal planning and prepping for myself since college and I recently began helping others reach their goals through my plans.

I'm a Food Scientist and ACE Certified Health Coach. I live in Wisconsin with my fiance Corey and my rescue dog Arya. In my free time I like to read books, spend time with my family, and travel. I look forward to helping you on your health and wellness journey!
