4 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are delicious, gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and super easy to make. They really taste just like regular chocolate chip cookies so you don’t feel like you’re sacrificing anything!

I divided the batch in two and baked half of them and turned the other half into cookie dough bites!


1/2 cup salted peanut butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 cup GF oat flour

1/2 cup chocolate chips


  1. Mix the syrup and peanut butter.

  2. Add in the oat flour and mix until a dough forms.

  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  4. Roll into 12-14 balls.

  5. If you choose to bake them, place on a cookie sheet and flatten the balls with a fork.

  6. Bake at 400 F for 10-12 minutes.
