Healthy Apple Crumble

I'm excited to share my first video post! I did some experimenting in the kitchen a few weeks ago and came up with this delicious and healthy apple crumble. What's better than a dessert that's only 180 calories? I took an Instagram poll to see if people wanted the recipe and I got a lot of interest, so here it is!


Ingredients:

1/2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

1 Tablespoon Oat Flour

1 Tablespoon Instant Oats

1 Teaspoon Stevia Blend

1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla

Dash of Salt

1 Apple (I used honeycrisp)


Directions:

1. Microwave coconut oil for 30 seconds so it's slightly melted.

2. Mix in oat flour, oats, stevia, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.

3. Sprinkle some cinnamon on the apple and microwave 1-2 minutes to soften apple.

4. Top with crumble and enjoy!
