Cocoa Roasted Nuts

These have no added sugar and they're keto friendly. They make a delicious snack and are full of healthy fats.


1 pound raw nuts

1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon salt


  1. Melt coconut oil and mix in cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. Evenly coat the nuts in the mixture.

  3. Roast in the oven at 400 F for 10-15 minutes.
