I worked at Qdoba for 2 years in high school and while I don't remember the exact recipe, I do remember all of the ingredients. So here's a "copycat" recipe!
1/4 red onion
3 tbsp cilantro
Salt to taste
Peel the avocados, remove the pits, and mash them.
Remove the seeds from the jalapeno unless you want the guacamole to be spicy.
Mince the jalapeno, onion, and cilantro.
Juice the lime.
Mix all of the ingredients together.
To store the guacamole and prevent browning, place it in a container, tap it on the counter to remove air bubbles and level it out, spritz with lime juice, press plastic wrap over the top, and put the cover on.
