Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Only 46 calories and 0g of sugar! Compare that to Starbucks. Their smallest iced pumpkin spice latte is 270 calories and 35g of sugar! This will definitely satisfy your PSL cravings.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp canned pumpkin

  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning

  • 1 tbsp of monk fruit sweetener

  • 2 tbsp half and half

  • 1 cup iced coffee

  • Ice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Just mix it all together! And feel free to try it hot!


A few things to note:

✨You can use non dairy cream as well as any sweetener you want, but it may affect the amount of calories. I’m sure pure maple syrup would be amazing in this!

✨This is made with REAL ingredients. You may need to stir a few times as you drink because the solids will settle to the bottom.

✨Feel free to make adjustments to sweetness, cream, and spice levels, again this may affect the calories. Hopefully you just like it as is!

✨To make your own seasoning blend use 4 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp allspice, 1/2 tsp nutmeg.

✨Try making a batch of pumpkin spice purée by mixing 10x the amount of pumpkin, spices, and sweetener together. Then add 2 tablespoons of that to your coffee and cream every day.
