Valentine's day is right around the corner and if you need any easy treat to make, look no further! These coconut-based raspberry, cherry, and chocolate flavored desserts are a perfect indulgence!
Over the weekend I developed these Valentine's treats. They are:
Free from added sugar
I don't follow any of those diets, but I LOVE these. They were adapted from the chocolate peanut butter fat bomb desserts that I make all the time, but I swapped out peanut butter for coconut butter to better pair with the fruity flavors.
1 cup coconut butter (just food process unsweetened shredded coconut until smooth)
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
For Chocolate: 1/3 cup cocoa powder
For Strawberry: 1/3 cup strawberry powder or 1/2 cup blended strawberries
For Cherry: 1/3 cup cherry powder or 1/2 cup blended, pitted cherries
Mix together the coconut butter, coconut oil, and salt.
Divide mixture into three bowls.
Add cocoa powder to one, strawberry powder to one, and cherry powder to one and mix.
Pour mixture into molds and refrigerate until set.
Garnish with more powder if desired.
