Peanut Butter & Jelly Bites

These bites contain protein and are keto-, vegan-, and kid-friendly!


  • 1 cup sugar free or low sugar jam (I used homemade strawberry chia jam)

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (use plant based to make vegan)

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter (like PB2)

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter


  1. Freeze jam into small ice cubes.

  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together.

  3. Form one inch balls with the mixture, flatten, put a frozen cube of jam in the center, and wrap it up.

  4. Repeat with the rest of the jam cubes.

  5. Refrigerate for an hour before eating so the peanut butter mixture holds its shape and the jam thaws.

  6. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
