1 pound chicken tenderloins
4 strips coooked bacon
1/2 cup low fat cream cheese
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Salt the chicken and lay it down on the baking dish.
Mix the cheeses and diced jalapeño (with the seeds of you like it spicy, otherwise remove seeds).
Spread the mixture on the chicken and crumble the bacon on top.
Bake for 30 minutes and broil on high for 5.
