Yogurt 8 Ways: Mix-In combos so you never get bored

For over a year I have been making my own yogurt in my Instant Pot. It's easy, less expensive, higher in probiotics, and I have full control over what is added into my yogurt. However, plain yogurt isn't very fun to eat on its own, so I've gotten creative with my mix-ins.


You don't need to make your own yogurt to use these recipes. You can buy plain yogurt from the store or even use a vanilla flavored yogurt. If you use yogurt that's already flavored and sweetened you may want to leave out the extracts and sweeteners added in the recipes below.


Yogurt Mix-Ins:

Berries & Cream Yogurt


Berries & Cream

1 cup yogurt

1/2 cup berries of choice

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: sweetener of choice (honey, stevia, etc.)









Berries & Jam

1 cup yogurt

1/2 cup berries of choice

3 tablespoons jam (swipe for 2-ingredient strawberry chia jam recipe)



Blueberry Pancake Yogurt





Blueberry Pancake

1 cup yogurt

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/4 cup blueberries




PB&J Yogurt






PB&J

1 cup yogurt

1 tablespoon peanut butter

3 tablespoons jam (2-ingredient strawberry chia jam recipe pictured above)






Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt




Chocolate Peanut Butter

1 cup yogurt

1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 tablespoon peanut butter

Optional: sweetener of choice (honey, stevia, etc.)

Optional: Cacao nibs


Mocha Chip Yogurt








Mocha Chip

1 cup yogurt

1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 tablespoon instant coffee

1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Optional: sweetener of choice (honey, stevia, etc.)



Parfait

3/4 cup yogurt

1/3 cup granola

1/2 cup berries

Optional: sweetener of choice (honey, stevia, etc.)

Almond Chocolate Superfood

1 cup yogurt

1 scoop chocolate superfood powder (or 1 tablespoon cocoa powder)

1 tablespoon almond butter
